At Iraje, my role has been dynamic, spanning UI/UX design, product development, user research, and visual communication. My primary focus has been on designing and enhancing cybersecurity software solutions to improve user accessibility, functionality, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

1. UI/UX Design for Core Product – PAM (Privileged Access Management) Software

• Revamped the PAM dashboard with a modernized UI, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
• In which I designed a user-centric web dashboard that balances robust analytical capabilities with streamlined data presentation, featuring both dynamic visualizations and organized tabular layouts to enhance data comprehension and accessibility.
• Worked closely with the core development team to implement the new design.
• Designed and integrated Active Plus, a SQL Developer Tool web app, as a sub-application within PAM.
• Also designed and integrated Web based ACD (Access Control Directory), a tool is used for active control of a directory in Windows environments, as a sub-application within PAM
• Led the UI/UX design from scratch, ensuring it aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Managed and collaborated with developer interns dedicated to the new application UI. While they officially reported to the main development team, I worked closely with them to ensure consistency in UI implementation.
• Redesigned the company website to improve clarity, accessibility, and aesthetics, making it more engaging and user-friendly.
• Applied heuristic analysis to optimize usability.
• Onboarded and trained a UI design intern to assist with this project.
• Created Client Infrastructure Architectures for Support and Implementation Engineers, making PAM deployment more structured and efficient.

2. User Experience Research & Field Insights

• Actively participated in client visits with Sales Account Managers, interacting with both new and existing customers.
• Gained firsthand insights into customer pain points and expectations, allowing me to design more effective solutions.
• Used these insights to propose UX improvements that enhance the product’s usability and customer satisfaction.

3. Visual Communication & Marketing Support

• Managed visual creatives for marketing and sales, including:
• Marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social media creatives).
• Sales enablement materials to help teams communicate the product’s value effectively.
• Print materials for corporate branding and events.
• Initially handled all design-related marketing efforts independently. Later, as the workload increased, I hired and mentored design interns, delegating tasks so I could focus more on UI / UX.

4. Mobile App Development for PAM Software

• Designed and developed a complementary mobile app for the PAM software from scratch.
• Collaborated with the proprietor, the core development team, and interns to bring the idea to life.
• This dashboard app was bundled with existing PAM packages and pitched to new customers.
• The goal was to make cybersecurity more accessible and user-friendly, with key features like:
  • Real-time analytics and reports for better decision-making.
  • TOTP-based authentication (homegrown feature for easy and secure login).
  • ACD (Access Control Directory) functionalities optimized for mobile use.

5. Current Work on EPM Software (New Cybersecurity Product)

• Currently contributing to the design and development of a new cybersecurity product – EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management) software.
• Due to the company’s strict security policies, details about this project remain confidential, but it involves designing solutions that enhance security while maintaining a seamless user experience.

UI / UX Designer & Visual Designer - Freelance

1. Website Design & Development

• Foodlingo Cafe, Mumbai – Redesigned their outdated website with a user-friendly UX and an aesthetically pleasing UI, improving usability and brand appeal. (Case study available on personal website & Behance.)
• Adsvida (Digital Marketing Startup, Chennai) – Designed a conversion-focused website targeting US clients. Managed:
  • UX Research & Strategy – Conducted competitive analysis, defined success metrics, and aligned business goals.
  • Information Architecture & Wireframing – Optimized content structure, implemented card sorting, and streamlined data management.
